Viagra®  is, that when taken 30 minutes before sexual activity, its effect can last up to 36 hours.

Adverse Effects:
Cialis® can cause the following adverse effects:
- headache, hearing loss, dizziness, flushing
- blurred or color tinged vision and/or sensitivity to light.
- allergic reactions (difficulty breathing; closing of the throat; swelling of the lips, tongue, or face),
nasal congestion, itching or a rash
- irregular heartbeat
- nausea, diarrhea

Precautions
Tell your doctor your medical history of:
- allergies (especially drug allergies),
- STD's, penile injury, or abnormality (e.g., angulations, fibrosis, and priapism (an erection that
lasted longer than 4 hours).
- blood cell disorders (sickle cell anemia, leukemia or myeloma)
- eye diseases or loss of vision
- kidney or liver disease
- stroke
- bleeding disorders or active stomach ulcers

Interactions:
Tell your doctor of medications you use, especially for:
- any nitrate based medications (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide); high blood pressure medications.
- cimetidine, erythromycin, azole antifungals
- you should not take Cialis® if you use any recreational medications containing amyl or butyl
nitrate, like "poppers"; you have any active heart disease or have had a stroke in the previous 6
months.
- grapefruit and grapefruit juice may interact with Cialis®
